1、锁闭阀的清洁检查流程

清洗油底壳密封面,使用专业清洗剂,清洗时检查密封面是否损坏。肉眼难以确定的小裂纹可通过染料检测进行检测。清洁后,用红色和铅笔检查阀盘或闸阀与阀座密封面之间的紧密性。用红丹试红,检查密封面印痕,确定密封面密封情况;或用铅笔在阀瓣和阀座的密封面上画几个同心圆,然后旋转阀瓣和阀座,检查铅笔圈的擦拭情况,确定密封面。如果密封不好,可用标准板检查阀盘或闸板的密封面和阀体的密封面,以确定研磨位置。

2、锁闭阀的研磨工艺

锁闭阀的研磨过程分为粗磨、中磨和细磨。

(1)粗磨是为了消除密封面上的划痕、压痕、腐蚀斑点等缺陷,使密封面获得较高的平整度和一定的光洁度,为密封面的中磨奠定基础。粗磨使用磨头或磨座工具,并使用粗砂纸或粗磨膏。其粒径为80  280 。

(2)中磨是为了消除密封面上的粗纹,进一步提高密封面的平整度和光滑度。使用细砂纸或细研磨膏。粒径为280w5,粒度细,切割量小,有利于降低粗糙度;同时更换并清洁相应的磨具。中间研磨后,阀门的接触面应光亮。

(3)精磨是阀门磨削的末了的一道工序,主要是为了提高密封面的光洁度。细磨时,W5或更细的零件可以用机油、煤油等稀释,可以用阀头对阀座进行研磨,而不是起作用,这样更有利于密封面。研磨时,一般顺时针旋转60-100°左右,然后逆时针旋转40-90°左右一段时间,检查一次。打磨光亮后,在阀头和阀座上可以看到一圈细纹。当颜色变黑变亮时,用机油轻轻研磨几次,然后用干净的纱布擦拭。研磨后,应消除其他缺陷,即尽快组装阀头,以免损坏研磨后的阀头。

3、检查阶段

在研磨过程中,始终经过检查阶段。目的是随时掌握磨削情况,熟悉磨削情况,使磨削质量达到技术要求。需要注意的是,磨削不同阀门时,应使用适合各种密封面形式的磨削工具,以提高磨削效率,保证磨削质量。
